In addition to feeling worried, afraid, or angry, you may also experience health anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, or other debilitating mental health conditions. You are not alone in this. And you deserve compassionate care and professional help through these difficult moments. Below are different crisis and suicide helplines where trained professionals will listen and help you.
