Workshops
Refund requests for any/all workshops must be made by the credit card holder up to at least 24 hours before the workshop; after this date has passed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be credited back to the original method used for payment.
Refunds can be requested by emailing lostlabiachronicles@gmail.com and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Please provide your first and last name and original email used to make the purchase.
Once a webinar is underway, you and/or your institution are responsible for the webinar registration fee. Please note, after the workshop date has passed, no refunds will be issued.
eBooks
Refund requests for any/all eBooks must be made by the credit card holder within 7 calendar days of the initial transaction. Refunds will be credited back to the original method used for payment.

After the 7 calendar day period, no refunds are allowed.
